After we connect with you about your A/R review, we will establish a secure, HIPAA-compliant channel for any exchange of records that may contain PHI. We use safeguards consistent with HIPAA to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of PHI we receive.

Business Associate Agreements

When engaged by a covered entity, Kingery Billing Services executes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA.
